Investment Partner Wanted for a Sunny Riverside Wine Solar Business Venture
We are Seeking a $3,000,000 Cash Partner.
This is a Defensive Investment for the Money Partner. There is NO BORROWED MONEY USED. There will be no using any of the real estate or machinery as collateral for any present or future loans. We are Debt Free and will remain such. All property real estate and machinery will be held in the Partnership Name.
5 acres of Solar proposed. No solar currently.
Hydrogen Generation from the Solar.
Hydrogen used to power vehicles. We would convert for profit any existing internal combustion engine (cars, trucks, airplanes, etc) to use the much Cheaper and Clean Hydrogen (no emissions).
Wine Production 3000 annual cases of the finest wine produced in Oregon currently and all the equipment to produce. We have a faithful wine membership following and are profitable. We would expand the winery over time.
We grow our own grapes on property.
We have been having Annual Blues Music Events by the river with wine; which is popular.
What the Money Partner Gets:
1. Free use of all our products. We have been in business since 1990 as a Research Development company in the Anti Aging and Natural Health arena. We have a Solar Green Energy Product Development Division.
2. Free use of all the products the Winery produces.
3. A room dedicated for the Money Partners use whenever he wants to visit or stay at the winery.
4. 2% of the profits for any products created by Research and Development on property. There would be no more investment needed for that 2%. Research & Development is a expensive and dangerous business and we use our money & have special investors that embrace such risks; your investments are not involved in such dangerous operations. In other words just by being the money real estate partner you get some exposure to research & Development Innovations and profits; without the risk inherent in all Research & Development.
5. Money Partner gets 70% of all profits from the winery paid annually. This is very significant for the Money Partner. We would run the winery and have been involved with the running and operation of the winery for many years. If money partner wishes to be involved as a employee we would train and pay you, making fine wine is a art.
6. We would apply to the state of Oregon to grow 5 acres of Marijuana and hope for 2 acres approved. This is a unsure venture and Real Estate Money Partner gets 2% of the profits if and when such a permit is granted for 5 acres of commercial marijuana growth. There is a huge amount of red tape and inspections, etc involved. Risk of crop failure etc. Money partner would be involved in no risk and will still receive 2% profit from any marijuana grown! Growing Marijuana is a risky business, which our oldest grower has been involved in for 45 years and has produced nearly 1000 how to videos.
7. Money Partner gets 50% of the energy produced on the 5 acres of solar we put up. This is very significant for the money partner. Oregon Green Energy gets 50% of the energy for the immediate use of growing fresh produce and marijuana underneath the 5 acres of Solar Panel Arrays they designed. This would be proof of concept for Oregon Green Energy; which is valuable to them.
Rain water capture would be significant off the 5 acres of interlocking mobile Solar Arrays. We hope to capture rain water and turn it into hydrogen with the generation of Solar Power. We intend to sell the bottled hydrogen (stored solar energy).
8. Money Partner gets to use all our recreational equipment and locations free where ever located in this beautiful wonderland of Oregon. We have solar fat wheel bikes, surf toys, flight toys, various kayaks, canoes, solar & regular speed boats, and the best fishing and snow skiing in America. There is no hunting offered; but if killing animals for food is a thing you enjoy there are upland game and larger animal hunting harvests available in the area. Lastly if you break a toy you replace or fix at your expense.
We are located in a incredibly productive wine country right next to one of Oregon’s most wonderful and scenic rivers. The property is some of the most fertile farmland anywhere. The vineyards are high producing and cover about 20 acres. There is many ways you as the Real Estate Investor will make money. We have a Master Cook & Super Hostess that may want the national registered Home on property, but is adverse to any risk and would buy & own the home outright and be employed by the winery for special occasions, bookkeeping and management planning. The 1/4 million received for the old home would be a partnership money asset.
