10-year-old corporate event company with revenues exceeding $100K monthly is in search of a partner/investor.

We are seeking a $250K investment which will be paid back as a 4-year loan ($5K/mth) and you will receive 30% equity in the company.

In addition to the payback and equity, we are willing to pay a monthly salary of $5K/mth to the right partner/investor.

The $250K investment will be used to pay off high-interest loans. The business has clean financials with tax returns dating 2010 to present.
